Pedestrians

The most prominent access points are from the E 9th Street Pier, and from the west, the Mather Connector between the Browns Stadium parking lot and the harbor. The North Coast Harbor Pedestrian Bridge is located next to the Mather and connects to Voinovich Park.

Public Transit

Cleveland’s Regional Transit Authority’s Waterfront line is currently suspended until further notice.

Boater Transit

North Coast Harbor Marina is a 53-slip transient marina in downtown Cleveland’s North Coast Harbor basin, located behind The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum on E 9th St. The North Coast Harbor Pedestrian Bridge is at the entrance to the marina, staffed 24/7.
